The production of Samsung televisions has multiple steps. How the flat screen televisions are made is a large glass sheet is cut into smaller ones. Then, two panels are put together and a gas is sprayed in between them. Three different sections are created in the panels. One is red, the other one is green and the other one is blue. Then, it is sent to a machine that adds chemicals to the glass. Then custom printed circuit boards that are added. Every other component is added (speakers, casing, etc..). After that the TV goes through a testing process to see its quality. Lastly, it is packaged and sent out to stores or customers. A production related issue is that Samsung television owners complain about the software after the update that leaves their expensive televisions with screens that don’t work and that are left blank.
how was a TV made in the 1950s?
The tuner was the main part of the television. Each circuit that was in the tuner was aligned individually by a technician. By the time all components that have been put into the television have passed all checks and inspections. All wires that are on the television were put by a special wire gun that helps the wires be placed faster. When that is done is goes through a performance test to see if it works. Then, that is moved into its TV case which is called a cabinet and the kine-scope which is the glass.
